The Fred H. Carlin Community Vision Foundation was formed to provide care to those in need through the Central Pennsylvania region. From 1975 to his retirement in 2020, Dr. Fred Carlin was a leader in patient-centered care and his legacy lives on in the foundation that bears his name.
