The Fred H. Carlin Community Vision Foundation provides quality vision services to under-served populations within the central Pennsylvania region through collaboration with local optometrist and volunteer organizations. In addition, this organization provides education on prominent vision conditions and community outreach to connect individuals with vision services within their community. Lastly, The Fred H.
